💰 Refund & Returns Policy

At Conasystemm, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

🔁 1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it if:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • It is returned in its original packaging (box, tags, manual)

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

  • Customized or engraved watches

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned without original packaging

📦 3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email info@conasystemm.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💳 4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee in cases where the product packaging is incomplete or damaged.

🛠️ 5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free exchange or full refund, including shipping fees.
