Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date. The product must be in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Watches that have been worn, used, or damaged will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection. If the item meets the return conditions, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@conasystemm.com with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization and specific instructions for returning the item.

Exchanges:
Exchanges can be processed within 30 days. If the exchange item is of a higher value, the difference will be due upon exchange. If the item is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items:
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect. We suggest using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.
