  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • For defective items, Conasystemm will provide a prepaid shipping label.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
